In order to use Fakülte, users must create an account using accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. The user is personally responsible for the accuracy and currency of all information provided during account creation.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring account security, maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, and for all actions, posts, interactions, and activities carried out through their accounts.

All legal, administrative, and criminal responsibility for any actions, transactions, and content shared through the user’s account lies entirely with the user. Fakülte cannot be held liable for any disputes, damages, claims, or sanctions arising within this scope.

In such cases, Fakülte reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account.

Fakülte is a digital platform that aims to create a safe, respectful, and authentic campus environment. Users are required to act respectfully toward other users and third parties.

▪️ Harassment, hate speech, threats, and bullying are prohibited
▪️ Fake profiles and misleading or deceptive content are prohibited
▪️ Illegal, obscene, violent, or harmful content is prohibited

Content that violates community guidelines may be removed by Fakülte, and the relevant user’s account may be suspended or terminated if deemed necessary.

Users are fully responsible for all content they share on Fakülte (including events, listings, messages, images, and all other user-generated content).

▪️ The accuracy and legality of shared content are the user’s responsibility
▪️ Content that violates copyright, trademark, or third-party rights is prohibited
▪️ Fakülte reserves the right to remove inappropriate or infringing content

Any legal, administrative, or criminal liability arising from user-generated content rests directly with the user who shared the content.

Fakülte is not the organizer, party, or responsible entity for events created by users. The application solely serves as a platform that brings users together.

▪️ Fakülte is not a party to disputes between users
▪️ Participation in events is entirely at the user’s own responsibility

Any damage, loss, or dispute arising from events or user interactions is the responsibility of the relevant users.

Points, diamonds, and similar digital rewards offered within Fakülte are entirely virtual. These rewards have no monetary value.

▪️ Digital rewards are non-transferable
▪️ They cannot be converted into real money
▪️ Fakülte reserves the right to modify or remove the reward system

Fakülte reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate the Terms of Use without prior notice. Users whose accounts are terminated may no longer be able to access their accounts or content.

Fakülte is provided on an “as is” basis. No guarantees are given that the application will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or securely. Fakülte cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from user behavior, content, or interactions.

Fakülte reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates shall be deemed effective as of the date they are published within the application.
